Police investigators are now on the scene on Eve Lane near Heroes Circle in downtown Kingston.
This after the body of 13-year-old Roshane Smith was found this morning.
Passers-by reported seeing a distraught woman crying over the body at around 9am.
The body has both hands bound and gunshot wounds to the head.
