A policeman attached to the Kingston Central Police Station was shot in the head . The policeman is now in hospital in serious condition.
A security guard was killed by the same gunmen who shot and wounded the policeman .
The shootings occured during an high speed motor vehicle chase from the Fletcher’s Land area of downtown Kingston which ended in the Police South St Andrew Division as reported by Observer Online.
The time of the incident is still sketchy, however; it happened shortly before or after midnight. The police confirmed that the shootings took place however; no details were given about the incident.
