The lawyer for Danville Walker, Keith Bishop says the arrest warrant issued for the former Customs boss has been discharged.
Bishop says this happened in the Kingston Parish Court this morning after he and Mr Walker attended court and apologized for the misunderstanding that resulted in his failure to attend court yesterday.
He said the court accepted the apology and the case has been rescheduled for another day.

Walker is charged with failure to comply in the prescribed time with a request from the Office of the Contractor General and obstructing a 2011 investigation into breaches by the customs department.
